The Imperial Hotel POOCH-A-PALOOZA!
Story
We're fundraising for Guide Dogs NSW/ACT at our inaugural Impy POOCH-A-PALOOZA! Guide Dogs NSW/ACT provides vital support to those living with low vision or blindness, and we're so excited to give them a helping paw.
Come down to The Impy on Sunday, October 6th for a jam packed afternoon with dogs, drag and support from our fabulous friends at Kip Newtown and Lila Co. Competitor entry is a minimum $10 donation- all money goes to Guide Dogs NSW/ACT and is tax deductible. If you’re keen on entering, please arrive at least 15 minutes before judging time for the category you’d like to enter, and show the staff the receipt from your donation. Of course, donations from spectators are also encouraged and key to raising these much needed funds!
Our highly qualified drag judges will put a posse of pooches through their paces in several different categories:
– Dog/Owner Lookalike Contest (judged at 4pm)
– Best Trick (judged at 5pm)
– Best in Show (judged at 6pm)
It all kicks off at 3pm with drag + DJs until late. Drag shows at 6, 7 and 8pm.
Spectator (and competitor!) table bookings are open! For large groups over 14, or extra assistance, reach out to imperial.reservations@universalhotels.com.au or give us a ring on (02) 8080 7060. For accessibility enquiries, please email blake.v@universalhotels.com.au.
We'd really appreciate it if you share our page so more people know about it. Then, click 'Donate' to make a secure online donation NOW!
