Story
Hey Guys,
My name is Ben. I am a 21 year old visually impaired person from Newcastle NSW. I am raising money for Guide Dogs, by cycling on an indoor trainer for 12HRS Non stop, on the 25th of November 2023 from 9am till 9pm- at the Gym on King in Newcastle!
I am a former Australian representative in running, and a multiple time, Australian Champion cyclist, however currently I spend most of time training in the gym.
I use a guide dog, and have since 2018. On the 15th November 2018, I was placed with Jontie. Jontie has significantly changed my life, and given me back my independence, despite the adversity that my disability has put on me. I would like to raise awareness for the amazing work that guide dogs do, and try to raise $24,000 over 24 hours for Guide Dogs.
